Pear and cheddar toppers

Makes 24


  • 24 Mature Cheddar Corners

  • 1 pear, cored and thinly sliced into 24 pieces

  • 85g strong cheddar cheese, sliced with a peeler into 24 slivers

  • 80g orange marmalade

  • 16 think slices of crytallised ginger


Arrange the Corners on a serving plate. Top each with a slice of pear, a sliver of cheese, a small dollop of marmalade and a ginger slice.

Eat immediately!
