whipped feta and garlic dip


  • 225g feta cheese

  • 225g whipped cream cheese

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 2 tbsp dill leaves

  • Sea Salt Corners for dipping


Put feta into the bowl of a food processor and process until crumbly. Add the cream cheese and garlic and process until very, very smooth, 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl occasionally. Add the dill and process for 30 seconds. 

Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with dill and serve with Corners.
